The Grappa produced in Le Grascete comes entirely from the distillation of the grapes obtained after the fermentation.

The pomegranates are delivered to the distillery of Nannoni (Grosseto) where the distillation process takes place.

From our pomegranates and from the skillful work in the distillery we obtain a transparent, clear grappa, with great cleanness and immediacy, the intense aroma immediately evokes the fragrances of fresh raisins; The palate confirms the olfactory sensations, soft and dry.
